Performing Arts
YMCA Digital works with young singers, dancers and actors to develop their talents and give them opportunities to showcase what they can do within their communities.

Behind every good performance is hours of planning, preparation and hard work. Young people who work with us know what it takes to put on a quality show and understand that the more you put into something, the more you get out of it.

We celebrate the achievements of all our performers, whether they have sang on stage for the first time, or brought down the house with a show-stopping number.

It’s not about who’s the best performer, it’s about the effort you put in and the support you give to others – wherever you’re at, our Performing Arts team is ready to take you to the next level.
Singing
Learn how to pop and lock with the best of them. Create your own routines and perform for live audiences. Whether you’ve got you ‘teapot’ down to a fine art, or you’re just starting out, we’ll help you find your swagger!

Our speciality is working on small plays featuring a few actors, so everyone taking part has the chance to really shine. Work from established scripts or devise your own piece – it’s up to you

Learn how to warm up your voice, project and hit the right note every time. Want to know how to create stunning harmonies or crowd pleasing ‘mash ups’ Glee style? We’ll show you how.
